  • Position Title:

    Concierge

    Location: Boston

    The Security/Concierge team ensures safety in the front, back and perimeter of the Pure Oasis retail locations. They are a primary person that our customers interact with upon entering and exiting the facilities, including employees. Security/Concierge personnel are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, safety and order. The role will work with a team and with a Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service, compliance, proper safety and security practices.

    Compensation: $15/hr

    Position Summary

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers warmly upon entrance and make them feel welcome
    • Answer the phone and provide information
    • Ensure Retail Space is clean and tidy at all times
    • Provide an exceptional guest experience
    • Controls access to facility through the admittance process; assists visitors with a legitimate need
      to gain entry to the facility; screens visitors and client employees in an efficient manner in order to expedite their admittance to the site or facility.
    • Provides an atmosphere in which all customer and visitors know that the client responds to and cares about their needs;
    • Provides a courteous, respectful and pleasant interaction with each client employee and visitor as
      perceived from their point of view; presents a good image of the client and its security department.
    • Communicates in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations; to the extent authorized, provides information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors.
    • Monitors entrances and exits; acts to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry; controls entrances, the movement of people and vehicles, and parking; operates a gate and examines vehicle contents; monitors remote entrances using closed circuit television; operates remote access devices; in a calm manner directs persons who cause a disturbance to leave the property.
    • Ensure the safety of all staff during Opening and closing procedures.

    The Budtender is a Brand Ambassador and Customer Service Representative for the Pure Oasis brand in the front of the house at retail locations. They are the primary person that our customers interact with. Budtender is responsible for exemplary Customer Service, always providing customers with a smooth experience in purchasing adult-use cannabis products that we offer.

    We are looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable, sales-driven, organized, assertive and cannabis passionate Budtender for our Recreational Cannabis Dispensary in the Boston area. This candidate must consistently demonstrate the value of positive customer experience and the commitment to strive for customer retention built on product knowledge and relationship building.

    Compensation: $15/hr
    Job Type: Full-time

    We are looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable, sales-driven, organized, assertive and cannabis passionate Budtender for our Recreational Cannabis Dispensary in the Boston area. This candidate must consistently demonstrate the value of positive customer experience and the commitment to strive for customer retention built on product knowledge and relationship building.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

    • Legally sell cannabis at Pure Oasis retail stores; promote product offerings to customer
    • Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and product
    • Capture and report all customer contacts at point of sale through software application
    • Retail sales experience and experience in high volume retail environment
    • Strong customer focus
    • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
    • Able to learn POS system, ring sales and prepare end of shift cash out reporting
    • Work with management to respond and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations.
    • Participate in product and sales training in accordance with company and state requirements

    Requirements

    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with ability to actively learn about cannabis products
      available
    • Prior Budtender experience required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets)
    • Must have open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Position Title:

    Retail General Manager

    Location: Boston

    The Retail General Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the Dispensary in accordance with the State of Massachusetts and standards set by the company. The Retail General Manager provides support to all Cashiers, Dispensary Agents and Inventory Associates which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, cash management and customer relations
    • Serving as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations
    • Responding to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
    • Responsible for delegating tasks to Cashiers, Dispensary Agents and Managers in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
    • Coordinating with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
    • Managing product inventory, goods for display and assisting with decisions around inventory contol
    • Ensuring there is zero inventory shrinkage or misconduct by retail associates
    • Uses the Point of Sale system to ensure all relevant information is recorded and tracked accurately
    • Maintaining the integrity and security of the dispensary by allowing only authorized personnel into dispensary and ensuring all product is handled and stored appropriately
    • Maintaining absolute confidentiality at all times
    • Assisting with implementation of new initiatives as needed in the dispensary
    • Assisting with managing and motivating a team to improve and maintain efficiency
    • Ensuring standards of quality, customers service and health and safety are met
    • Responding to customer questions, complaints and comments
    • Managing the sales floor regularly, talking to employees and customers, and identifying/ resolving urgent issues
    • Conducting sales transactions when required
    • Opening and closing the dispensary
    • Providing superior customer service for vendors and customers
    • Responding to all customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts
    • Maintaining accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Massachusetts and the standards set by the company
    • Maintain inventory control system and perform weekly counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility
