Open Positions

1. Budtender

The budtender is a brand ambassador and customer service representative for the Pure Oasis brand in the front of the house at retail locations. They are the primary person that our customers interact with. Budtender is responsible for exemplary Customer Service, always providing customers with a smooth experience in purchasing adult-use cannabis products that we offer.

2. Security Associate

The security personnel team ensures safety in the front, back and perimeter of the Pure Oasis retail locations. They are a primary person that our customers interact with upon entering and exiting the facilities, including employees. Security personnel are responsible for ensuring safety and order. The role will work with a team and with a Supervisor to ensure compliance and proper safety and security practices.

3. Inventory Associate

The inventory and packaging team supports the Pure Oasis brand in the back of the house component at retail locations. Inventory and Packaging team is responsible for precisely measuring, packaging and labeling all products sold at retail shop. In this role, you will work with a team and with a Supervisor to ensure compliance and proper packaging standards.

4. Human Resource Manager

The ideal candidate for Pure Oasis’ Human Resource Management position will support the full scope of the human resources responsibilities as well as assist with basic administrative duties. They will partner with upper management in creating strategic initiatives to recruit, train, manage and retain the talented people joining the Pure Oasis team. They will support with the development of an HR department as needed at Pure Oasis.
