Job: Human Resource Manager
Pure Oasis is looking to hire a Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of the human resources responsibilities as well as assist with basic administrative work. They will partner with upper management in creating strategic initiatives to enhance the HR needs of Pure Oasis.
Responsibilities
Employee engagement
Manage the hiring and interview process
Payroll administration
Benefit administration
State and Federal Compliance
Cannabis Agent registrations, CORI check administration, on boarding into the CCC portal
Employee relations
Employee review process
Documentation, detailed record keeping and data storage
Other Duties assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of HR management experience
HR Certification
Strong Computer Skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to pass a CCC background check
